    This proceeding contains papers collected from the event of The 3rd International Conference on Applied Statistics (ICAS) which held on November, 1st - 2nd November 2023 organized by Department of Statistics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Some papers presented in ICAS were published in AIP Proceeding and others were published in this proceeding.
    The ICAS II was attended by 5 invited speakers with different expertise from various countries such as Professor Jeremy Oakley (The University of Sheffield - United Kingdom), Professor Emanuele Borgonovo (Bocconi University - Italy),
    Professor Eric J. Beh (University of Wollongong - Australia), Dr. Arief Gusnanto (University of Leeds - United Kingdom), Professor Yuyun Hidayat (Universitas Padjadjaran - Indonesia).
    The aim of this conference is to put together recent advances and trends in several areas of statistics. We provide an opportunity for statisticians and other professionals from various statistical and related fields to communicate their research and to build strong networks. The conference consisting parallel sessions and plenary sessions from invited spekares with various interesting topics which held in two days. The parallel sessions consist of oral and poster presentation. Subsequent to the conference, we also organize a two -day workshop on Spatial Data Analysis.
    We wish that this proceeding will be useful for readers and researchers who wants to look for materials in order to support their study.

    This proceeding contains papers collected from the event of The Second International Conference on Applied Statistics (ICAS) which held on September, 27th - 28th 2016 organized by Department of Statistics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Some papers presented in ICAS were published in AIP Proceeding and others were published in this proceeding.
    The ICAS II was attended by 8 invited speakers with different expertise from various countries such as Henk Folmer (University of Groningen, Netherlands), Johan H.L. Oud (Radboud University Nijmegen, Netherlands), Yudi Pawitan (Karolinka Institut, Sweden), Engku Nazri (Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia), Youngjo Lee (Seoul National University, Korea), Septiadi Padmadisastra (Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia), Dedi Rosadi (Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia) and Roger S. Bivand (NHH-Norwegian).

  • ICAS 2013
    Vol. 1 No. 1 (2013)

    Welcome to the Proceedings of the International Conference on Applied Statistics (ICAS 2013). This event was held at September, 16-18th 2013 in the beautiful Campus of Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor-Sumedang, West Java Province, Indonesia. This Conference is organized by Department of Statistics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Universitas Padjadjaran in cooperation with Statistical Forum for Higher Education (FORSTAT) Indonesia.
    The ICAS 2013 Conference was attended by 12 invited speakers, 60 researchers and academicians from 8 countries who were share their expertise and find out about the latest research on applied statistics. A special thanks goes to all speakers and presenters as well as to the session chairpersons, who drove all the conference sessions on the right tract, keeping them in time while permitting enriching discussions.
    Finally, we hope that these proceedings will serve as a valuable reference for security researcher and academicians.
